According to the needs of the company's development and the diversified trainingneeds of employees, the training with rich contents and flexible forms shall be carried out at different levels and by categories to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of education and training and ensure the training quality.
2. Adhere to the principle of giving priority to independent training, supplemented by outsourcing training, and organize employees to give centralized lectures on weekends and holidays.
3. Adhere to the three implementation principles of trainers, training content and training time. The accumulative time of business training for middle-level cadres and professional technicians shall not be less than 20 days; the accumulative time of operation skill training for general staff shall not be less than 30 days
